It has independently created a complete set of process technology and related equipment for preparing bio-based silica by carbon dioxide acidification method. This technology utilizes renewable resources such as rice husk and straw as raw materials, and uses carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid as a precipitation reactant to produce bio-based silica with a specific surface area of 50 to 500 m2/g. Customers can achieve a carbon reduction of 0.5 tons by using 1 ton of bio-based silica, thereby achieving their carbon reduction goals.
